My Story

Hey 👋 , I’m Pat Hogan, the founder of Simply Solid Solutions.  I grew up in the Mid-West in Indianapolis, Indiana.

After graduating college from the University of Akron (Go Zips!), I spent my 20’s playing on professional developmental golf tours, and being around the golf business in general.  While, I didn’t make the big time, I was blessed to have an opportunity to learn from several high level coaches in the industry about being a high level performer in sports and business.    

After leaving the golf industry, I worked with the American Red Cross Blood Services as an account manager.  In this role, I dealt with multiple  Fortune 500 companies along with various local firms.  During my time at the Red Cross, I also developed a customer service training for front customer facing employees and served on several marketing implementation teams. 

From there, I started Simply Solid Solutions, a marketing consulting company.  I helped my main client go from three to six locations with their business and increased their revenue nearly 100% over our time working together.  All of this work led to the successful sale of this business in 2023 in a multi-million dollar transaction.

On a personal level, I am married and have two kids, I enjoy getting outside, being on and around the water, whether it is fishing or just walking on my favorite trail at Shem Creek Pier.   I also like a good matcha and I am a huge Colts and Pacers fan!
